This company performed an inspection (charged for this,) provided a project cost and was given a 50% deposit to start work. A week later, he decided he no longer wanted to do the job. When I asked for my $2825 deposit back, he stated he didn't have it anymore! After 5 months of not getting my money I finally had to sue him in court and won the case. He is also not a licensed contractor with the state of CA as he originally claimed. This was a horrible experience and I highly recommend others to beware of this company.
Description of Work: It was supposed to be mold remediation in an apartment. Drywall tearout, hepavac textiles, biocide wipedown, and air scrubbing.
