John Elwart Appliance Repair

My Kitchenaid gas cooktop shockingly started to emit sparks from the burners even though it was not in use. I called John Elwart Appliance repair after seeing his ad in the Culver City News. I left a voicemail and received a call back from John a few hours later. He came to my house the same day at 6:15 PM to accommodate my work schedule. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate for the labor and informed me that a couple of parts were needed for the repair. He gave me the part numbers and websites to use for the parts needed and asked me to order the parts. He told me to call him when the parts arrived so that he could come back to finish repairing my cooktop. After the parts arrived, as promised John came back promptly and repaired my cooktop. I found the service he provided to be excellent. I especially liked that he had me order the parts needed directly since he did not uncharge me for the parts as most repair companies probably do. I found that his charge for labor was reasonable and am very happy with the service John provided. I will definitely use John again should any of my appliances need repair.
