He has done a great deal of work for us. He is excellent. We had a problem with a drip that was coming through the roof. I think it was going in through the walls and soaking some of the wall. We also had a problem with a leak in the chimney that was creating some mold. Jeffrey took a look at it and found the source of the leak. He fixed it for about $300. He is competent. He has been doing this for decades. His is the largest business in Los Angeles. One of the things he does is painting. He does an amazing job at it. He painted over the stains and matched the existing paint perfectly. He was referred to us by somebody. We have been using him for years. He doesn't do estimates. He just works by the hour. He has saved us so much money that we don't mind big estimates.
