BUYER BEWARE: Misrepresentation of Pricing & Services Let me begin by saying “ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANING SERVICE”. Here’s a horrible story of how to get OVERCHARGED, be MISLED, and get HUSTLED. When you first contact the company on phone, the customer is led to believe that carpet cleaning “is about $35 per room with some other charges” and that the “service technician will advise you of the charges”. I was first quoted over $1,500 for 3 small rooms & hallway (all furniture was removed before they showed up, and 2 bedrooms still with the beds in place where they didn’t have to clean). He stated that it’s cheaper to do a “deep cleaning” at $1,500 than to replace all the carpets for $3,000. I stated that the carpets just need cleaning, to which he stated “OK then we can do the job for $827. MASSIVELY OVERPRICED, and using their receptionist’s advice of $35 / room, the serviceman’s quotation should have been about $120 (being generous). The serviceman offered 3 levels & pricing of carpet cleaning, however regardless of the quoted cleaning level, we found that the cleaning machine is EXACTLY the same for any cleaning level. The quotation by the serviceman was MASSIVELY INFLATED and regardless of what clean level would have been purchased, the RESULTS ARE THE SAME using the same cleaning process – don’t let them fool you. What’s worse, the carpets are still WET THE THIRD DAY AFTER CLEANING. Carpets were over-soaked with solution. The serviceman rushed the job and just didn’t spend enough time sucking up the moisture. Moisture in the pads is slow to evaporate and causes mold. The serviceman just wanted to leave & go the next job. Their website advertises “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” however they don’t have any intent of living up to this guarantee (evidenced with 4 follow-up phone calls to address the issues). Our carpets STILL are dirty in some areas. What a waste of time and money. My wife and I are seniors, and it’s obvious that this company preys on senior citizens. It is obvious that the charging practices take advantage of seniors; evidence: inside sales person advises about $35 per room and service people charge over $800 on 3 small rooms done in about 2 hours. We felt like idiots after the job was done, that we fell for their “organic carpet cleaning” spiel. We were suckers; don’t let this happen to you! Check the "after" picture; does this look clean to you? This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDEPENDABLE, AND MISREPRESENTS their services.
