There was a situation at my home where a big-company plumber told me I needed to completely re-do the plumbing under my house, saying it had not been done properly before. Thank God I found John, and he made two very minor corrections, and the plumbing passed inspection perfectly. What could have been $4000 (not kidding) was repaired and approved for $150 worth of work. He could have taken advantage of me in this situation, as I told him of the other plumbers report, but his honesty and integrity shined through. He is a rare, top quality plumber and person.

It starts with a phone call which is returned promptly (immediately if problem is an emergency). Then a time is set up. The problem is addressed and I am given an estimate. Then the problem is taken care of and I am sent a bill. Process is painless.
