Paul has been our furnace and air conditioning contractor for 15 years plus.  Our furnace final broke down before New Year's. Knowing that mom is elderly and with out heat,  the unit was ordered and then replaced on New Year's Day!  Mom is warm! Concern and prompt service!

We had some unique issues with our heating system and ductwork.  Paul order the parts and quoted me $400 (total) which seemed reasonable.   However, Paul went ahead  and did a lot of additional service that wasn't included on the quote.  He did this proactively to minimize any future problems with animals getting into the ductwork.   I wasn't home but he told my wife that he quoted me $400 and that he wasn't going to add any additional charge for all the extra work.   He was awesome!    I called him back and told him he should have charged me additional for the extra work he did.   He said all is right and he did not want to go over his original quote.

He explained what he was doing as he did his testing. Since the AC symptoms that I had observed could not be duplicated during his testing, he did not recommend any possible replacement parts but suggested letting it continue to run for a few days to ensure ongoing good performance.
This was my first experience with an Angie's List referral and I was very pleased with the recommendation and the service that I received from Womack. I would definitely use his services again.

Paul is honest and efficient;  after being told by another company that I needed expensive repairs and replacements, he thoroughly checked my equipment and told me it was working fine.

The parts, when delivered by UPS were not correct, so Paul personally drove to another city to get the correct parts.  After installing the new parts and correcting the obstruction problem, the operation of the heater is now well within the manufacturers specifications.  The heating and air conditioner is only five years old, but has not ever worked correctly.  Our heating bills in winter have been excessive because of the inefficient furnace. Also the compressor on the AC was replaced last year by a different company and that failure was probably due to this same obstruction problem.  Paul Womack's bill was very reasonable considering the amount of time required to solve the problem.
