Thompson's Buick GMC

I wasn't happy at all with their work. They got the job done, the car was fixed. The cost was excessive. That was the biggest thing, the cost was excessive for the part. I think they took a long time to figure it out and we had to pay for that. With their computer and stuff like that, I figured it would be easier. I do not know if a wrong part was sent to them, but it took a little bit longer than it should have taken and it cost about a couple of hundred dollars more than it should have cost. The price was excessive for what I thought it was. I haven't been through a lot of stuff because I do my own work. They got on it right away. They definitely wouldn't be my first pick. I might have to use them if nobody else would do it, but they would not be my first pick.

Thompsons is very professional from the service advisors, to the drivers to the cashier.  They have a nice waiting room with TV, sodas, snacks, current newspapers.  They have a good and timely shuttle service.  They wash your car before returning it.
