We had no idea where the tank, so the company had to locate it and dig it up before they pumped. They quoted all costs before and nothing changed except they did not charge to locate it.

They were the only ones that could come out that day. There was a terrible storm with pouring rain and lightning. That didn't stop the guy at all! He was soaked, even his waterproof clothes. He even laughed!
