They do what they need to do. She comes out every year. Dr. Christine Vos, who is incredible. I have been using her for about twenty years. She is so good. She is thorough, she is good, she is honest. She is helpful. She excellent. I have a whole line of different animals and she is on time, she is thorough, she is honest she is helpful. She's giving. I have been able to call her up before and say my sheep, blah, blah, blah and she'll tell me what to do. That's over the phone. She is there for you. She knows her animals, she works with you. I wouldn't want anyone else. My animals I have had for ever. My horse just died and he was over thirty-three years old. She worked with me and him, his diet, his arthritis, everything that was wrong with him. We worked together. She is good. She is a good Mom. I have five dogs. I have her check my dogs and cats when she comes out to check my life stock. She's never late, she's on time. She brings what she needs. I have a blind old sheep, she works with me, she said as long as he's eating and happy, we'll know. We'll keep a check of it and we'll know when it's time when he's in pain to put him down. So that's cool. I like that.

The rates are generally very reasonable, they're extremely personable, you have a cat greeter as you come to the door and they're very friendly. They seem to deal in all kinds of large and small animals because there are always horses out there and I bring my cat. They seem to be very [2:31]. I've been extremely pleased with them and I also tend to use one of their technicians who's studying to be a veterinarian as a kitty sitter for us. Everything has been very positive. They're detailed and I never have to wait a super-long time even when there are emergencies going on. They're very polite and we've had no negative experiences at all. We're fairly new to the area so we're still learning, but we are still with them after two years.

My dog is extremely nervous around others and I always muzzle her as a precaution when going to the vet. The staff is very good in dealing with her calmly and slowly in order to ease her anxieties with the vet visit. I've used this vet since 2004 for my dogs, and from 2004 to 2011 when we had a horse and mules. They offer either office or home visits for the large animals and I've used both type services and have been very satisfied. The professional staff are very caring and forthcoming in providing information regarding care alternatives and outcomes of the care.

They are always very responsive. They come over if I need an emergency visit. I had them one time when I needed an emergency visit. They are very good. They are always pretty much on time, instead of making me wait for long. The staff is very good. The prices are fair and they have senior discount. I would use them in future.
