I had a new unit installed. Finding honest people in any business is a task. After you write the check, it's the back end service that will test their true quality. I am a raving fan. We now have a highest level trustworthy auto tech, HVAC company and still looking for a dentist. :) Travis, Matt, the whole team, you guys really came through. I've been in marketing and public relations for many years, you guys truly are topnotch and from my experience, trustworthy. You exceeded by expectations by far. Thanks again for everything.

This was replacement of an older unit. They were there approximately four hours, on one day. They returned for a two hour session to replace the control unit. Everything has worked fine.

Ski air was great. He really looked like an A/C person. He gave me a verbal estimate. We showed my husband how to clean the unit. There was a fee for them to come out but I was aware of that. They exceeded any expectations I had for them. We will be using them in the future. They were recommended by someone I know that is in the HVAC industry in Sacramento.

It went well. The only issue was that the technician was about an hour late after the "window" that we were given and did not call to let us know. However, we have used Ski several times in the past with great results including prompt arrival. We are very happy with Ski and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC issues in the future.

No one showed up on the agreed upon day. I called the company. They had forgotten to make a work order for my job. They promised to do it the next day and offered a $10 discount in compensation. No one showed up at the appointed time the next day, but the technician did arrive several hours late. He was surprised his boss had not called to let me know he was held up at his previous job. I had asked for a service of the heating and air conditioning unit. I was surprised to hear that he couldn't perform a test on the heating portion, but only on the AC unit. He performed the tests and explained them to me. He thought the refrigerant might be low, but further testing proved this was not the case.

I first asked them about maintenance on my heating and a/c. Then I asked them for window washing information, and the worker told me that they do not do window washing. I'll use them for the heating and a/c check, but they no longer do window washing.

An unexpected installation complication was resolved by Cliff. He used his experience and excellent mechanical skills to make this upgrade happen. This job was not of your 'normal' variety, but Cliff went the extra mile and used his head to get a professional result.

They are bonded and insured. They did a wonderful job on my windows and gutters. They showed up when they said they would and did the job in a timely manor. I thought that they were honest and fair in price.

This company was completely awful. They are not competent in this area of work, but are willing to accept a job of gutter repair. The company works on heating, air conditioning, and gutter repairs. During some heavy rains, we had major problems of the rain coming into the walls of the home office. It was covered by insurance, which cost $400 in repairs. After evaluating the gutters, I came across a piece of grout which had blocked the downspout in the gutter. This was not a problem due to the positioning of the gutters. I contacted the company. They completed denied any responsibility and stated it was there since the house was built in 1989. I was very disappointed as the company did not complete an inspection to ensure all gutters were clear. This should be a common practice. I had an extremely negative experience with them.
