There are no issues with personnel turnover. I have high standards and provide customized attention to your particular needs. I like to be paid by check at the time of service.

I walk through your home with you and discuss exactly what you would like to have done and whether you have possessions that require special care and handling. I am flexible. |If you did not say each thing to be done she would not do it. Broke several things while cleaning, Even when I told her I could not have her the day after my mother died she still charged and with a poor attitude. I know my house is a little cluttered I am a stage 4 cancer patient fighting for my life and need a little help. The date of last contact is a guess.When she called to say she needed more hours it was a relief to say I did not want her to return and sent her a check. I do not mean to down grade anyone, however I did not feel comfortable with her in my home and she wore a cell phone strapped to her arm and was often on it while she worked
"[member name removed] submitted her review of my cleaning services seven months after I worked for her. Her recollections and perceptions differ significantly from mine. I cleaned [member name removed]'s home twice in June of 2013. Generally, when I begin work with a new client I request direction and feedback so that I can understand their priorities and expectations. This helps me to manage my time efficiently and learn to anticipate their preferences. Specifically, in [member name removed]'s case I felt it was important to be cautious and request direction as to how to treat the medical equipment and medications around her bed. I wear a Samsung Galaxy player on my arm when I work. I use headphones when I listen to it so that I do not disturb anyone. I also have a cell phone. I received and then placed a call to my daughter during my second visit to [member name removed]'s home. The two conversations were brief and I continued to work while I spoke to my daughter. While cleaning [member name removed]'s bathroom I removed a magnifying mirror that was mounted on a larger mirror above the bathroom vanity. Unknown to me, the suction cups on the magnifying mirror were old and brittle and the magnifying mirror could not be remounted. I went to five different drug stores seeking an acceptable replacement for [member name removed]'s magnifying mirror and was unable to locate one. This , in addition to two light bulbs is the breakage [member name removed] refers to in her review. I have a five hour minimum. Before I agree to meet with a potential client I make it a point to confirm that five hours of labor fits their needs and their budget. I also request that if they find it necessary to cancel their regularly scheduled cleaning on short notice, that I be paid for that time. I will then either come back on an alternate day or extend my regular hours until I have worked all of the hours that I have been paid for. I consult with the client to find a schedule that would be of most benefit to them. On my first visit, [member name removed] asked for assistance and I agreed to help her to sort through her clothing and belongings as there were things that she was ready to give away. On my second visit she asked if I would go home early as she was not feeling well. I worked for four hours that day and she paid me for five. She requested that in the future I begin preparations of the evening meal for herself and her husband before I left for the day. The services I offer were not a good match for [member name removed]'s needs and expectations. I did not realize how many misunderstandings were occurring throughout our communication. I decided it was best that I not continue to clean for her. I left one phone message and then [member name removed] and I had one phone conversation discussing my decision not to return to work. I followed up by sending [member name removed] a card attempting to further explain why I would not be returning and apologizing for any inconvenience she experienced. Enclosed in the card was a check in the amount she requested to replace the magnifying mirror and repayment for one hour of labor. I like to build a good rapport with my cleaning clients, and establish a mutually beneficial work arrangement. I regret that things did not work out in this case. The best I could do was to make amends and learn from the experience. I truly hope that [member name removed] will find the right person to help her in her home and fulfill her needs. She is a very dependable, efficient, conscientious and detail oriented person. She has a very professional and friendly manner and is always on time. She brings all of her own cleaning supplies and equipment. I have had her do a variety of cleaning over the years and was pleased with all of her work. She is honest and trustworthy and I have complete confidence in her as a person and professional. There have been times when she has gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure things were done to my satisfaction.
