had appointments over a couple of months in 2014 and one appointment in spring 2015. was reasonable - the doctor zeroed in on my neck and did not address the rest of my complaints - did eventually improve neck issue some. but there was some irritation on dr's part when I would bring up shoulder or back pain as if I hadn't brought it up before. after my one return trip this year I realized that I did not feel particularly positive about the treatment -lots of little things - they are professionally nice and courteous but there is little eye contact and few hellos when you pass staff in the hallways - environment not comfortable although it is phycically nice.. . found a much less fancy clinic where treatment addressed all my issues, well, planned and I knew exactly what was being done. what could be done and what could not, and what to expect. and the staff is genuinely welcoming and attentive rather than just professionally welcoming. they have a good reputation but wasn't a good fit for me..

In my first and only visit for my back pain, Dr. Palmer was able to adjust my back and with the stretching exercises afterwards, I was back in good shape. When I had an arm injury, I visited Dr. Palmer twice for treatment and I have had marked improvment, now just waiting for my arm to heal naturally.
