Matt Blessing, owner, and his crew helped us remodel our kitchen and raise our living room floor to make our house all one level. He and his team were the only contractors that actually came out and gave us a bid on our project, which in today’s world is huge in my books. When the bid came in too high they worked with us to make adjustment to the project and lower the cost to make it more affordable. We were able to demo the project ourselves and accomplish the work that we were capable of. Matt was very responsive to our needs, worked well with the kitchen cabinet provider/installer on timing, very professional, easy to work with, always on time and answered all our text or calls in a very timely manner. We would use his services again and would recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Matt Blessing & 3-man crew; Dave, Nolan & Arron replaced a 14-step staircase & porch on back of our house. Top quality workmanship! Constructed a much sturdier porch and stairs than was original to the house. Used pressure-treated support wood structure and trex-type material for steps & porch. Installed attractive metal railings all around. Also, removed old propane line that passed thru garage into a downstairs room. Patched all holes including a large vent pipe hole. Taped, textured & painted all repairs. Matt offered several valuable suggestions which we incorporated in the project. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with; very friendly & ready to answer all questions. Highly recommend Precision Custom Builders. We will call them for any future projects at our home.
