Bill pays attention to detail, taking the time to plan your project carefully to capture your vision (my husband made the comment that he's never seen anyone interview each tile before placement :) ). He made several great suggestions, while at the same time listening to our ideas. One of our favorite things about working with Bill is that he works on your project, and your project alone, until it is finished. He does not have several projects going at once, as many contractors do, causing them to leave your project for sometimes days at a time to work on another. Bill is reliable and trustworthy (we felt confident leaving him alone in our home). He cleaned up and organized his work area at the end of each day. He is very patient - this being our first remodel, we had an extraordinary number of questions that he took the time to answer fully. He also made several trips to the tile store with us to help us choose our tile. His rates are very reasonable. In fact, his rates were the lowest of the several bids we got for this project, but not so low as to cause concern. Please consider Bill Neville for your next tile project. In addition to being a licensed tile specialist, he is also a licensed general contractor so he can handle any plumbing or electrical jobs associated with your tile project, whether it is bathroom, kitchen, or floor.
