FLOORS TO GO

When my wife and I decided to replace the carpet with either laminate or
hardwood, we went to several different flooring companies to get quotes
and get information.  Floors to go was our 3rd visit.  Cameron the 
owner spent a good 40 minutes explaining the differences between various
floor types, pros and cons and showing us samples to take home. 
Chris who came to take the measurements at our home and he was also the 
installer.  Chris stayed a good hour just talking and explaining how the
install would go, and what to expect, and answered all my questions. 
 Floors to go was not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but their 
attentiveness and willingness to address any concerns we had, no matter 
how small the details won our business. 
The install didn't go perfect, there was a small problem regarding a mess left from removing 
the grout, but Cameron took care of it, and the problem was solved. The 
way I see it, mistakes happen, sometimes things can be overlooked, what 
matters is how the company rectifies the mistake, and Cameron did just 
that, they fixed it 100% made sure I was satisfied with the solution and
moved on. 
After the install was finished, there were a few spots I had a concern about. No problem, Chris was over the next day (On
a Saturday!) to fix the issue.  It's unreasonable for me to expect 
everything to be perfect the first time, what matters to me is the 
company's response to the problems. Cameron and Chris were awesome. 
After winter we will be looking into new carpet for the bedrooms, and we
will absolutely go back to Floors to Go for this.

Awesome company. Stayed completely on schedule and kept me in the loop the whole time. Cameron and his staff really know how to do the job right.
