Shauna did an excellent job transforming our honey oak cabinets. She refinished them in an antique white and we love them! My husband & I just bought a 1995 home and it had the honey oak cabinets throughout our new home, you know the ones with the heavy wood grain and hard to paint! We didn’t have the budget to installed new cabinets so I first research how to paint oak cabinets and realized quickly that doing so was way out of my level of expertise. Our home in Folsom was built in 1989 and though we love it, we know that for resale in 5 + years down the road we needed to get rid of the oak cupboards and stair rails. We live in a 2500 sq ft tri-level home and there was oak everywhere but we needed the upgrades to be budget friendly. Rather than replacing we wanted to update the look using the existing cabinetry and stair rails and spindles. We interviewed several contractors and who most impressed us was Shauna. She gave us some design ideas that we went with and the results are beyond amazing! We were so impressed with her ability to not only embrace our visions but also to improve on them. We gained so much confidence in her ability to create our dreams that we ended up having her refinish our formal dining room set, going from oak to French Country. I could go on and on about how impressed we are with her work but I say try her for yourself. You'll see why we are pleased to give her 5 stars all the way around.

As other reviewers have noted, Shauna was very professional and easy to work with. She walked us through the process and answered all concerns. She was timely and competitively priced. One of the main reasons we hired Shauna is because her refinishing process is less disruptive than the other contractors we had bid the job. We had access to our kitchen each day when Shauna was through. Shauna said we would love the result when she was through and she was right!

Shauna was very easy and professional to work with and she produces beautiful work. She painted or stained all cabinets in my house and they all look wonderful! I had builder oak cabinets and now all of my cabinets look modern. I highly recommend Shauna if you're looking to paint or stain cabinets or furniture.
