Charged double a normal house cleaning rate for first time cleaning that was not that thorough at all.  Came back 2 more times for house cleaning.  Rushed through job, missed basic areas of cleaning on list including light fixtures, dusting etc.  Last visit, missed an entire room (office).

Always done well. Very professional and has been able to adapt to scheduling changes as they come up. Atzimba and her employees are very diligent and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her cleaning service.

We have a small ranch style home on acreage with two large dogs and four big people.  The dogs are in/out and we have laminate floors, so you can imagine how dirty the floors get!  I needed help to keep the floors clean enough to be sanitary, but I couldn't afford cleaning services every week, so  they come twice a month and I do the rest.  I love Atzimba's Housecleaning because they are fast (about an hour and a half), and the floors and bathrooms are beautiful when they leave.  The service is exactly what I needed to help me keep my house nice enough to have company, enjoy my pets, and keep my sanity.  I would highly recommend Atzimba's Housecleaning Services to anyone considering a housekeeper to lighten their load a bit.

They charge me $85 for every three weeks. Usually, three or four ladies come in, and some of them do not speak English. Sometimes, we have had miscommunication because of the language, but its gets straightened out. I am still having work done on my house, so I was not expecting them this week as I did not want them to clean until I call them to come back, but that got lost in translation and they did come and did what they could, so I called Atzimba and said that it was not a good cleaning as I had too much out and was not expecting them, and that it was just an error in communication, and so she said that the next time when I call her, the next cleaning will be half off. She makes allowances if they do any mistakes. They show up on time and they know my house. I like this group because they never stole anything, and I just feel comfortable with them. Sometimes, they miss something while cleaning, which is not a big deal, but sometimes it is just irritating.

They come every other week, are prompt, and do a good job.
