Great group of guys. Very professional and efficient. Made quick work of my trees and did a very thorough job.

I am sorry to have to say we are very disappointed. Our tree pushed over a shared fence and threatened to cause further damage to our neighbor; kennel during the recent storms. We had serious difficulty with communication before and during the job. The work was overpriced (we would have another tree removed earlier for less than half the price!) and not completed properly, nor was it within the urgent time frame. Firewood was cut into small pieces; consisting of leaving logs in the yard. A promise to repair a broken fence was made and not kept. No mention was made of the work being beyond their ability and we were left to figure out what to do next. It was a very frustrating experience, to say the least.

They were very quick to respond and I was able to get a representative come out the day after my initial contact. I was given a free quote and even amongst all the high volume of requests for service due to major rain and wind storms the representative came out and took care of my downed tree the very next day. I was very impressed with the follow through and quick response especially since we had another storm coming the very next day.

I have never had a better crew of workers in my life. they were fast, yet careful, noticed things in our yard that we had not and took care of them as well. They worked hard, worked together as a team and left the yards clean and without any yard debris. They removed 12 trees from our yard, trimmed another 10 or so and even planted 4 new trees for us, including the irrigation. I cannot thank Miguel and his team enough.

Crew showed up on time and well-equipped, including top-notch safety helmets, etc. Courteous, efficient, followed instructions, even as we evaluated which branches to cut. Great clean-up - they even rehung the bird feeders!

His crew were here shortly after and the job was completed quickly. They left the property spotless. Using them to do the rest of my tree work.

They did a very good job. Especially in a tight backyard situation. Cabling & bolting a split trunk was challenging but done professionally. Good crew. Cleaned up after the job was done extremely well!

I cannot say enough about Miguel and his crew from Alta Vista. I sought out 7 bids to remove a very large oak tree from my property. I was very discouraged about the high prices that were being bid. Yes, the tree was very large, but the prices seemed exorbitant. I found Miguel/Alta Vista through Home Advisor. He was very prompt and polite in our communications, but I told him I wanted to look through his reviews before he came out to bid. The reviews were excellent so I called him to come out and look at the tree. Again he was prompt (on time) and very polite. The Alta Vista crew was out here this past week to remove the tree. They were safety conscious, diligent, hard workers, and very respectful of my surrounding landscape and my neighbors property (which needed to be accessed for the job). Best of all, the price was very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Miguel and his crew to anyone.

Miguel was super friendly and accommodating. I wanted to save some rounds from the trunk for my brother to use for woodworking projects and Miguel was happy to cut the pieces to size and even load them into my truck. Can't say enough about how great he was. I strongly recommend him to anyone wanting a reliable tree expert.

Professional , courtious, prompt! Reccomended!

I hired Alta Vista Landscaping for a very large project which included cutting up and chipping several down trees, and cutting down and removing one very large pine tree. To begin, I got several bids on the project. Not only was Alta Vista easily the lowest bid, Miguel at Alta Vista was also the most responsive, and very patient and flexible, as I asked contractors to bid the project several ways and changed the scope of the project several times. On the day of the job, Miguel and his team went above and beyond our expectations, leaving our property clean, fire safe, and the best it has ever looked in the 15 years we have lived here. Next time I need tree work done, I won't bother getting multiple bids - I'll go straight to Miguel and Alta Vista. Not only do I rate them 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Miguel and his team removed three 20 yr+ old trees and trimmed another large tree in one afternoon. The job estimate was very reasonable on Tuesday and the trees were removed on Friday with easy payment online by credit card. I was impressed with the integrity of this company. They were very professional, friendly, worked hard and beyond what I expected. They left my yard clean and orderly. I would hire them again. This was a well-oiled machine in tree service. Excellent company to work with. I know Miguel under bid out project but he never complained and went up and beyond what he said they would do. I would highly recommend this company and there staff.

I feel like I am in a park! My trees are beautiful. I received a reasonable estimate a few days after my original contact and work was scheduled for the following week. A crew of 5 arrived and worked non stop to remove 2 trees, trim limbs hanging over our house and our neighbors', clear brush, trim tree branches away from power lines, and clean up growth on sides of tree trunks.(about 40 trees) They left the property cleaner than when they started. By the end of the day, our yard looked great. I will definitely recommend them to others and call them again.
