Brad Davidson help us buy a $430K home for only $8K out of pocket. How? By rebating 1/2 of his comission. Amazing - yet he still offered a full service agent experience. I was an FHA loan customer - meaning some agents don 't want to deal with the red tape, but this didn't phase Brad at all.  He pointed out things I should avoid and those I should value.  We shopped for homes on my schedule (usually during the lunch hour).  He quickly learned my preferences (before I did) and started narrowing properties to those he knew I'd like.  He was patient, because I was looking for a great deal - and great deals during this period meant lots of competitive offers.  He placed 9 offers for me and helped me strategize for the best price.  8 of my offers we're lost to much higher bidders - however the 9th and the house we're in now was actually one of my lowest offers - and we are extremely happy with the property.  Brad smoothed all the paper work for us, made sure our closing went well.  Although I was preapproved with a lendor, he found a better rate with a lendor that also lowered my out of poket costs by incorporating almost all of my closing costs into the loan.  Am very glad to have worked with Brad, and would do so again without hesitation.
