We purchased a new kitchen faucet at Home Depot. When Vern checked all the parts on the new faucet, he found a metal part was completely broken off. We obtained a new faucet in a few days and Vern returned promptly when phoned and installed the new one with no problem and no extra cost to us for his 2nd trip to our home. He was neat and very knowledgeable in his work. I would not hesitate to phone him again.

Vern showed up on-time. Then he got his suit on and crawled down into the crawl space and checked all of the plumbing for leaks. He found some major leaks which I got repaired through my home warranty company.

Vern called back the same day he was originally contacted and offered to come over the next day, but we scheduled the service for a week later for our own convenience. Vern did the job quickly and for a fair price.
