HIS CREW SCULPTED AND THINNED THE TREE AND GAVE IT BALANCE. THE CREW MEMBERS ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY DO IT RIGHT AND KEEP GETTING MY APPROVAL BEFORE THEY GO ON TO SOMETHING ELSE. I DO HAVE TO TALK TO THE BOSS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
