Had a new beautiful roof in 4 days. Jason was very professional and helpful.

It went very well. 
I am restoring a Mid Century Modern home in La Habra, Ca. 
The origninal roof was installed in the 70s and appeared to have evidence of asbestos.  When the original quote was given-and before the contract was signed, Royal Roof provided a free asbestos test that turned out to be negative and reduced the financial burden by $1,000s. 
They removed the old roof and left it open while the air conditioning duct work, bathroom and kitchen vents were replaced and recessed lighting installed; that took about two weeks.
After the A.C. and electrical work was complete, the sheeting was delivered and installed, then the shingles arrived and were installed all within three days. The Building Inspector visited twice during processes and the whole job went without hitch. 
 
I met and communicated contanstantly with two of Royal's foreman; Rosalio (tear off) and Ruben (sheeting and install.) I always knew where we were in the process and what to expect.  I also had the owner's (Ron) cell phone and we spoke throughout the job too.
Royal was not the cheapest, but I received good advice on what extras would not pay off, I have a 50 year warranty, and no worries.  I recommend them.

The man who came here in answer to my call suggested a new kind which was better than the tar and gravel. I am very pleased with the choice. The crew who came were very nice and polite. they worked steady and the only thing I was not happy about was after they cleaned up there were still quite a few nail and small debrie left in the yard. I do know the one gentleman wasn't feeling well and that may have been why. Overall, start to finish I think they were great.

They did a great job.  They were pretty impressed with the roof.  He was very professional.  He was on time.  They cleaned up after themselves every day.  They did exactly what they're going to do.  The price is fair and they just did a real job.

Ron showed up on time and went over all the details with me. When I changed my mind and needed a different quote he hand delivered it personally. I had used this company in the past and found them very reputable.
I did go on Angie's list for their recommendations and called around. I got a couple of companies to call back and one to come out. The one company Hoyt Roofing said the quote was in the mail 3 times. I never did receive it and they never did follow up. It had an A rating and I am not sure how.
I had planned to reroof my home in Nov.  Since the rain, I have postponed until the first of Dec.

Our roof was 25 years old and we needed it replaced. Jason from Royal Roofing came out gave us a reasonable estimate. One year later we called him back. He stuck to his estimate. He agreed to give us a bit of wood repair work without additional charges.  We hired him to repair the wood and replace the roof. It took longer because there were two layers, they did not charge us extra. The first day they took out most of the debris and removed most of the roof. They didn't do the greatest cleanup, but after advising Jason the rest of the work and cleanup each day was much improved. They even cleaned the debris out of our garage. The roof came out great, only we were not happy with the color of the roof vents and turbines. Again, Jason came through. He agreed to paint them to satisfy us. Good ending. Happy customers that are please to refer them to others.

I have always had the most professional experience from this company. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The longevity of the company speaks volumes.Royal Roofing has been located in Slymar and had other branch offices. The estimators and foremen, including John Moody and Ron Ossenberg, are truly gentlemen.If there were any roof leaks in areas that had been done (either tile or flat deck) even as long as a couple of years, or as the warranty allowed, they came out and took care of the leak. Nice to know when there's a raging storm.

Basically he explained why we had water spots on the ceiling and why we didn’t need to do anything at this point. They were very honest.
