All aspects went well.

The work was scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving but it rained so it coud not be done. At one point I was told that the crew woud be out to perform the work just before Christmas but they did not show. There was no explaination why? Lots of phone calls, few calls back. The roof got put on after New Year's. The work, when it did get completed was good and they did a good job of cleaning up. There were a few little things about the finish on an intersecting roof section that I didn't care for which they took care of right away. Also, if I had not taken pictures of the roof after it came off, I think we would still be arguing over how much starter board was replaced as some of it was in an area that could not be seen next to the facia. All in all I was happy with the price and the workmanship. I think the communicaton on when the job was going to get done could have been better but other than that, I certaintly would recommend their services.

First Mr. Le presented several pages of people that I could call and ask about his service, roofs that I could see to understand how a certain style and color would look, he suggested I research him on the web and he and his people did a good detailed cleanup. He was polite, professional and was reasonable in comparing his work to others.
