Fantastic. So excited about our REM mattresses it fit perfectly into our queen size sleigh bed frame. The delivery guys Michael and Silverio were excellent! They deserve a raise! The guys are respectful and helpful they offered to put away the steel supports that went with our bed. It took a couple of weeks to get the mattresses but as they are made custom for clients we didn't mind at all. They called at the beginning of the week to give us an arrival time, they were prompt and worked h****** a hot day! I was given instructions by Michael for the remote and tips for the bed on our hardwood floors. Randy has a great team I had the pleasure of interacting with them at a home show, festival and two stores before we made out purchase. We couldn't be more pleased.

I would never think to buy a bed from the fair, but this year I could not pass up this company.  I tested many beds that day and kept coming back to these professionals.  After I purchased the bed, and they threw in free pillows, they scheduled the delivery date.  The bed arrived just as promised and was professional put together and I was show how it worked.  They took all of my old mattresses away with them and cleaned up the work area.  10 years later and this is still a company and bed that I would highly recommend.  This is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I can tell you that I get in the bed and am asleep within minutes.  I wake up very refreshed every morning.  Nothing has changed in these 10 years.  I am still just as pleased, if not more of this bed and would tell everyone to go an buy this bed.  They will be so please.  I was very happy to see that they have now opened up a location in the Buena Park Mall, where I can send friends and neighbors to go and test on their own.

They were very professional. I find bed hard to get use to sleeping on and VERY difficult to change sheets, it is not good for older people.

They were great to work with! The bed was delivered within a week of my purchase. They assembled the frame and mattress for me during the time of delivery. They had outstanding follow up. The quality is awesome, I love the bed.

When we bought it I was a little skeptical about the mattress, the salesman said if I do not like the softer mattress within 60 days they would send me a firmer mattress. I ended up not liking the soft mattress and they held true to their word with no additional charges. The mattress is split so it is firm on my side and soft on my wife's side of the bed, we both love the mattress.

It took awhile for them to deliver the bedding but we did eventually receive it. From the time of purchase to the delivery it was about a month and a half. It is a very good quality bed and we enjoy it.

They delivered the bed and assembled the frame for us. The bed and frame were delivered in about two weeks after our purchase. We are very happy with the product.

It turned out pretty well. It was a hard to get them locally to have them come out to install the bed. They did take care of the installation and we are very satisfied with the product. They had a great selection of mattresses and frames.

I had barely completed the transaction before the delivery began. My housemate was home to accept the delivery. The delivery was completed in record time. Again, very professional. I would (and have) recommended this company and bed to my friends and family. Chad, Trish, and Dane are all very professional, pleasant workers. They represented the company very well. REM Sleep Solutions is lucky to have them on staff.

The bed I purchased is the "spage age" of beds, called the Martinique. It's made of memory foam, visco-elastic (which is what was formulated for astronauts). It's now on the market for consumers. I researched this company on the internet, then spoke with the owner, Randy Maddox. He let me know that they're in CA, but a home show in Miami was planned. He then sent me a bed, at no charge, and told me I could try it out for 90 days. It cost over $450 to ship, but no charge to me. He also told us that if we didn't like it, he would pay for the return as well. Within 8 days, I had the bed. We've had it now for a few weeks, and it's been fantastic. My husband has stopped snoring. I had an automobile accident a few years ago and ruptured a vertebrae disk in my neck, and with the two pillows that he included with the bed, now the pain is gone. I've talked to other people who purchased other beds, and they can't believe I got such a great deal. It's warrantied for life as well. I'm so happy with their services.
