Pristine Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Sem did an excellent job. I called the week before and made an appointment with Jay for someone to clean our carpet and upholstery on 6/24/15. Everything Sem did was top quality. We hadn't had our carpets/upholstery cleaned in over 3 years and he was able to get spots and stains out that other cleaners weren't. Everything he cleaned was spotless! While he was there, I learned that this company also cleans tile, so I made another appointment for him to come back the following week (7/1/15) and clean the tile and grout in the two bathrooms and hallway plus 4 dining chairs that weren't part of our original order. He also got a couple of places on the reclining sofa footrests he missed the first time because they weren't extended, plus a couple of places on the headrests that needed extra cleaning (this work was done for no charge). Once again, the work he did was excellent. In both cases, he charged exactly the amount that I agreed to over the phone when I made the appointments. The price was a little on the high end, but the work he did was worth it. The only reason I didn't give him an "A" for punctuality is because he arrived about 45 minutes late to the first appointment (he told me that the previous customer had misrepresented the amount of work he had to do).
