 + -1 moreI love my credit union. There are no fees for service. What stands out to me is the customer service, the small time feeling - meaning there's not a large number, personalized service, and friendliness.

 + -1 moreI am treated like a valued customer. They care a little more than some other mortgage companies. They have a good reputation and they go out of their way to help you out and make things easy. I like them a lot and I have no complaints so I would give them the highest of grades.
Description of Work: The mortgage on my home was set up by them. They are basically paid a certain percentage based on my particular arrangement with them.
