HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE!!! I got 8 estimates for a side gate. Mr Lee BY FAR was the best in every category. On top of all that, he is just a good person. He’s been doing this for over 20 years. And he’s working to support his handicapped son. Best Price On Time Clear communication Very, very friendly High quality and takes great pride in his work Reliable Polite and respectful Irvine fence, OC Iron and vinyl, Hometeam, Kim Iron and all the other companies wanted more money for an inferior product. Many quotes were for a vinyl gate because I thought it would be less expensive but they were actually more expensive than this high quality Metal gate! I had to chase some companies to for their quotes and some didn’t even get back to me. 1 company wanted to charge about 2.5x more than Mr Lee for an metal gate. He also informed me about the proper hardware I needed for code since I have a pool. No other company even mentioned it. I spent tons of time shopping around, waiting for sales people (many showed up late), got estimates ( many of those came in late too). Save your time, money and energy and support a good person while doing so
