A bunch of my family and friends and myself had gone ahead and painted the walls in my retail space. We didn't do the best job on it... I originally needed Chad just to just come in and reach the top and edges of a high wall. He completed that but also went over our paint job, corrected some areas, and made the walls look great. I can't recommend him more.

"The member, was unfortunately impossible to please. The project originally consisted of painting of the siding around the garage door, painting of the ceiling and walls of the bathroom (no trim), the ceiling of 1 bedroom, and 8 newly hung doors and frames (which were to be installed before we started). When we scheduled the project, the member indicated the doors and frames were all in. They were not ready when I showed up, and there were dozens of nails that were not set properly in the ones that were. I left the job for a few days as the member indicated the rest of the doors would be finished in a couple days. The second "left for 2 days" was the weekend. The window sill trim in the bathroom (approximate size of 6" X 3.5') the member asked me to give it a quick sand and paint it for him, so I did free of charge. After painting it, he was not happy with how it looked, so I brought in a sander and sanded it smooth, primed and painted it.... he was still not happy with how it looked. As for the exterior. Upon sanding the siding I discovered that the previous prep work had been patched with drywall mud. From there I tried my best to remove all I could and patch as best as possible. I advised the member that the previous termite damage, rot and "drywall mud" should be replaced, not just filled with bondo and painted. The amount of filler on it would not look the greatest. He did not want to spend the additional money to replace so I finished as best I could. There were a few "add ons" while doing the project such as a couple of extra doors and frames, repainting of a few additional walls in the hallway where the new doors and frames were installed, a wall in a bedroom had a bad seam, which I repaired and painted the entire wall. The doors and frames (except for 1, as it never did get installed) were ready to be painted. The member decided not to have me paint them, since I was not going to spray until they were all installed. The prep to spray is a very timely process. The member's comments do not accurately tell the whole story. I have many, many, many customers who will serve as references who are not Angie's list subscribers who I can provide upon request."
"Thank you Member, This project went well. It originally consisted of some minor wall repairs and painting. Since they were getting ready to move in they had other contractors there to perform other work which increased to scope of ours. For example some of the walls and ceilings needed to have holes cut in them for access to wire/vent etc. We repaired and textures these as well. It was unfortunate that they ended up with a flood after everything was done. We did end up painting the repairs as well as some additional work on the exterior."
"Thank you, The only issue that came up (which this client was unaware of) was with the wallpaper. The day after hanging the paper in one of the rooms I noticed the "texture" behind one of the pieces was significantly different. The only reason I saw it was because I walked into the room at the right time. The sun coming through the window was on the perfect angle to show any deficiencies. I took off the piece, repaired the wall to match the rest and hung the piece (well a different one) again."
