I opened a retail store last year and Chad was by far one the best vendors I worked with. He was friendly, did a great job, and he gave me a price that was better than fair. Totally exceed my expectations.
A bunch of my family and friends and myself had gone ahead and painted the walls in my retail space. We didn't do the best job on it... I originally needed Chad just to just come in and reach the top and edges of a high wall. He completed that but also went over our paint job, corrected some areas, and made the walls look great. I can't recommend him more.

Chad gave me a fair estimate, it was not the lowest estimate i had but i decided to go with him because he seemed professional, detail oriented and trustworthy. Also, i am pretty picky so i knew ahead of time that i would not be happy with a lower quality paint job. He showed up and finished the job on time. He came to my home every day until the job was done (which i really appreciated with a baby on the way) I was really impressed with his work...i didn't know paint could look so good! Seriously i had previously painted most of the rooms in my home myself (I'm a DIY kind of girl) but as i was pregnant i decided to treat myself and have a professional do the work. I'm so glad that i choose Chad he made the whole process really easy and my house looks really good now.

Response from Le Tourneau Painting
"The member, was unfortunately impossible to please. The project originally consisted of painting of the siding around the garage door, painting of the ceiling and walls of the bathroom (no trim), the ceiling of 1 bedroom, and 8 newly hung doors and frames (which were to be installed before we started). When we scheduled the project, the member indicated the doors and frames were all in. They were not ready when I showed up, and there were dozens of nails that were not set properly in the ones that were. I left the job for a few days as the member indicated the rest of the doors would be finished in a couple days. The second "left for 2 days" was the weekend. The window sill trim in the bathroom (approximate size of 6" X 3.5') the member asked me to give it a quick sand and paint it for him, so I did free of charge. After painting it, he was not happy with how it looked, so I brought in a sander and sanded it smooth, primed and painted it.... he was still not happy with how it looked. As for the exterior. Upon sanding the siding I discovered that the previous prep work had been patched with drywall mud. From there I tried my best to remove all I could and patch as best as possible. I advised the member that the previous termite damage, rot and "drywall mud" should be replaced, not just filled with bondo and painted. The amount of filler on it would not look the greatest. He did not want to spend the additional money to replace so I finished as best I could. There were a few "add ons" while doing the project such as a couple of extra doors and frames, repainting of a few additional walls in the hallway where the new doors and frames were installed, a wall in a bedroom had a bad seam, which I repaired and painted the entire wall. The doors and frames (except for 1, as it never did get installed) were ready to be painted. The member decided not to have me paint them, since I was not going to spray until they were all installed. The prep to spray is a very timely process. The member's comments do not accurately tell the whole story. I have many, many, many customers who will serve as references who are not Angie's list subscribers who I can provide upon request."

The work went very well. He was very pleasant to deal with. I liked his responsiveness and the color choices that he had. His price was competitive and his crew was excellent. They masked everything brilliantly, and I did not have any mess to deal with. They worked all day. I felt comfortable leaving them here all by themselves. I couldn't have asked for more. They did not have any hard feelings when asked to come out and fix some minor problems that I found. I am very pleased with their work. I had the misfortune of being flooded, so they are coming back to help me fix things. I have recommended Le Tourneau Painting to a few of my co-workers. I don't know if they have used them.

"Thank you Member, This project went well. It originally consisted of some minor wall repairs and painting. Since they were getting ready to move in they had other contractors there to perform other work which increased to scope of ours. For example some of the walls and ceilings needed to have holes cut in them for access to wire/vent etc. We repaired and textures these as well. It was unfortunate that they ended up with a flood after everything was done. We did end up painting the repairs as well as some additional work on the exterior."

We had just purchased our home and needed work done quickly before we moved in. We had heard about chad from some freinds and called him up. Within 24 hours chad had come out to our home and provided us a clear estimate. Everyone in the company speaks english and seamed very honest. They painted the ceilings, walls and trim using a variety of paints. They also installed the wallpaper to a few walls in the bedrooms. Their crew was very professional and worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and did a overall great job. I highly recommend LeTourneau Painting (I hope I spelled that right)
Response from Le Tourneau Painting
"Thank you, The only issue that came up (which this client was unaware of) was with the wallpaper. The day after hanging the paper in one of the rooms I noticed the "texture" behind one of the pieces was significantly different. The only reason I saw it was because I walked into the room at the right time. The sun coming through the window was on the perfect angle to show any deficiencies. I took off the piece, repaired the wall to match the rest and hung the piece (well a different one) again."
