House Cleaning
Although the owner of the company seemed cordial and reassured me that his crew would do a through job; they failed. The first crew came out and badly chipped my $30 trash container and they did not thoroughly clean the house. The owner reassured me that I would be very happy with the next crew. They did a worse job than the first and were three hours late. The owner told me that he would send a crew to finish the cleaning, but they did not show up.

THEY'RE VERY PROMPT AND NICE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DO AS GOOD A JOB AS I COULD DO. THEY'RE A COUPLE, AND THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE MAN WHO OWNS THE COMPANY CALLS THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT.
