Sebastian was early to the estimate appointment. He walked my roof and took a video to show me what he had found. The roof was in worse shape than i thought. His price was very competitive and I could tell from talking to him for 15 minutes or so that he valued honesty and integrity and was an experienced roofer. I obtained 4 quotes for the repair and hired Freedom to do the job. He was to start 2 days later at 8:00 AM but didn't show up until about 9:45 AM. He couldn't be located and said he had some emergency he had to tend to. The work was performed however and I think he did a good job. It hasn't rained yet to test for leaks but at least from the street, i can't see the bare spots anymore. If not for the late start on the first day, I would have given Freedom Roofing all "A's". In all other aspects, I gave them an A. I would hire Sebastian again.
