+ -1 moreHe seemed like a really nice guy to start with and then he came across very nice, I don't know he came across very sincere very nice, very professional at the beginning and then I have absolutely no idea, I don't know if he found a bigger fish or what you know bigger job I can't figure it out or something he likes better I have no idea.
Description of Work: I used Diamond Custom Finishes for general remodeling. I've had a very negative experience with him because I worked with him for two months and he was supposed to start with me and have me finished for Christmas and he, a week and a half ago he just stuff me cold and I was very upset. This was like a $40000 job, a complete remodel of the house interior remodeling project and he kept putting me off and putting me off and said okay you know I'll get you the final bid he gave me a general bid you know of what it was gonna cost reach thing but it wasn't detailed out I said I need to know exactly what this, he gave me like a master bedroom 6800 bedroom you know so much but I said I need to know what each one of those is including so I need it detailed out. And he kept putting me off and putting me off and he kept coming over and measuring things periodically cause this is my step mother's house and she's in a facility and you know that we have to get the house done in order to get her home I wanted to have her home by the first of the year you know just after the holidays and you know he kept putting me and I think he was taking other jobs and then I said to him a couple of weeks ago I said Jeff how are we gonna get this done by Christmas and he said I'm a custom person you need somebody different and he hung up on me, and I been working with him since October and it was almost on a weekly basis.

+ -1 moreWe hired Jeff and his team to do our master bath remodel, although it is not yet finished we are so pleased with his work thus far that i just had to write this review. Jeff was recommended by a friend who was very pleased with Jeff's work. He started two weeks ago today and thus far the team has accomplished, demo, plumbing, electrical( lighting and updating the outlets), framing and hot mopping the shower, scratch, brown coat in the shower, painting the entire bathroom and attached closet. The tile guy starts tomorrow and jeff picked up our custom cabinet today and is taking it to his place to stain it. The granite has been picked up and is at the fabricators waiting for final cabinet measurements and installation. The action has literally been non stop even working on Saturdays. Every one of Jeff's subcontractors, the plumber, electrician and tile and granite guys have received 5 star ratings on yelp and Angie's list. Jeff has had the added complication of working around another contractor who is stuccoing the exterior of our house. Jeff is a licensed general contractor and he is also a master painter and his color and material recommendations have been excellent. His number one assistant, his son Bryan is such a hard worker, very neat, clean and always on time. Can't wait until it is all finished so I can post pictures of the completed bathroom.
