I spoke several times to the admin taking my order just to qualify the coupon for my service that was posted on Angie's List. The technician responded quickly, however, further assessment determined I needed more service to be performed than originally requested. The technician came equipped with the additional parts needed to perform the additional service. My account was charged for the increased service cost and later I was contacted by the admin (first) then the technician (second) later stating the amount charged to my account was incorrect due to an error in addition.

We were very happy with the cost and the fact that Joe looked at the least expensive options first and was able to perform everything at a lower cost than I was expecting. 
The only negative we had is that he wasn't always quick in getting back to us with next steps as he did come out on 3 separate occasions.  Joe told us that he had hurt his foot while on a job after the fact.  I understand, but it would have been good to get a return call so that we weren't wondering what was going on.  The first visit was on 5/06/13, so overall we were able to get it fixed pretty quickly.
He also wasn't able to provide much help with our request to get new wood siding and his response was just that "I don't do wood".  Again, I understand but would have been nice to get some direction on who to work with or how to move forward on that piece.
Joe was very nice and I would recommend his services.

I have used Joe twice and found him to be very resourceful and knowledgeable.  During this latest visit he determined that we had an issue in our electric box and worked to repair it.  When he discovered that a small part was inoperable he took it with him and tried to find a replacement piece versus simply replacing the entire electrical box.  He was unable to find a replacement but found a way to have the piece repaired at a machine shop.  He came back and replaced the piece and the spa works great.  He saved us over $100 and was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Chandlers is knowledgeable about his work. He came a couple of times to find the cause and location of spas pipe leakage. The leakage is not inside the spas. He suspects it's somewhere in the water pipe under the ground between the spas and the water on/off system.  He has suggested us to dig the ground to locate a leakage in the pipe. 

Joe is the spa repairman that I called second; he is THE one to call first as I wish I had.  He pointed out and repaired at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner hazardous electrical grounding conditions that were left unpaired and also caused by the one that I called first.  Joe also has the best price on a replacement spa cover, over all other sources I priced by 10-33% and included delivery.  Do not repeat my mistake, just make Joe your first call.

Mr. Chandler is very knowledgeable and works quickly. He is a bit hard to get due to his work load but definitely worth waiting for. We have had other pool repair men  in the past and have never called them for a second time. We would definitely call Joe again.

Joe diagnosed and replaced the J-Box. System works fine. I also learned some useful things about my pool/spa setup talking to him while he was working on my system. Will call him for sure if I have any more problems with my system

On the recommendation of a spa cover company, a year or so ago I had purchased a new spa cover them through Joe.  Last year, I decided that the spa really needed to be fixed up, and I called Joe, who responded promptly and arrived when he said he would.  It took him a number of trips to complete all this work, and I don't think he charged me travel time. The underwater light quickly went bad; since it was still under warranty, Joe was very helpful in contacting the light manufacturer for me and arranged for the light to be repaired at no charge to me, saving me the hassle of dealing with the problem.  I found Joe to be quite experienced with spas, did an excellent job throughout, and I was especially pleased with the retiling job.  I will use Joe again for any spa repairs I need.
