Outstanding HONEST customer service. Scott was in the neighborhood doing wall insulation on another home, knowing summer was approaching fast I asked for a quote the owner Scott walked over measured our home and quoted a price on the spot. We scheduled the job for the following week. Since we just had our house painted I was concerned with the drilling of holes in the stucco and wood Scott assured me they could patch and match the existing finish and they did to a T. The crew were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. To my surprise while doing the job Scott told me there was a large area that was already insulated and he deducted that off the bill. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm the type to ask a million questions and Scott was very informative and it shows he knows what he is talking about. He's been in the HVAC/construction industry for 20+ years, so he has a lot of knowledge when it comes to home related issues. It's good to have a well rounded professional do work on your home because there's always details that need to be taken care of or worked around. We couldn't just buy another evaporator coil and strap it in, there were issues with matching our new coil to the existing system and Scott was really good at working out those details. He even went out of his way to fix some other minor issues he saw needed tending to.
I would recommend Scott and Americool to anyone. You will be in good hands with him.

I rate this service as an A across the board. I don't give 'A's for price, because prices can always be less, and the only perfect cost is no cost. Americool's prices are less than any other company providing this service, of which there are only a few. The consultation was low pressure and informative. His team managed to complete the job in about 2/3 of the estimated time. No mess or evidence of the works afterwards. My future gas bills are expected to decrease. I expect my future electric bills decrease as well.
