I do apologize for any inconvenience and as I had mentioned prior to the service, any time there is an oil stain the likelihood of disappearing the after shadow is never 100%. Your drive-way cleaned up extremely well except the shadow the oil stain left behind, again I do apologize if you are not happy with our service but as far as my job goes I tried my 100%."
