I found Mark easy to communicate with. I left a message for him over the weekend, he called me same day to get model number info to do some research. I had already repaired one part of a problem I had discovered by going on YouTube, which uncovered another issue that was beyond what I was able to repair. Mark scheduled an appointment, was prompt in coming, assessed what needed to be accomplished and advised it was a two person job and needed parts. Rescheduled a day to come out, again prompt in showing up, communicated well, reaffirmed that it was a great machine, they don' t make them like that any more, validated my thought on wanting to keep this machine fixed, as I couldn't find anything new to replace it. Then found another issue that was wrong with it, advised he thought I could fix it based on my history with fixing the other problem. Ordered the part and I was able to install that part, my machine works like I have a brand new machine, just like Mark said. This was a very positive experience for me, would definitely call him and use his services again!

Great. Mark and another worker showed up on time, assessed the problem, and were able to repair it. There was ice inside a gear mechanism in the fridge that was causing a ticking noise. He cleared the ice and replaced a damaged clogged drain line inside in the back that he thought was the cause of the problem. He had a kit on the truck to replace it. Put the refrigerator back together, put the shelving and drawers back in. That was on Friday. After a few hours the interior temperatures were back to where they should be and has been working perfectly since. He will be my go-to person for appliance repair in the future. I learned that it's hard to find someone to work on a Samsung, but he had no problem with it.

I discovered late Saturday night that my refrigerator was no longer cooling. I checked Angie's list for a repair company. Mark was quick to call back on Sunday over President's Day weekend. He came by Monday and found he needed to order parts. When he came back on Wednesday with parts he found it was the capacitor. Charged a fair price for the part and labor. Will definitely call him again if I have an appliance problem. I highly recommend!!

Repairman arrived on time.  Clean, neat, professional.  He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, but did some more checking in case multiple things were wrong.  He adjusted the setting, and said he would call to see if that fixed it.  AND HE DID - when he said he would.   My problem wasn't hard to diagnose, but I liked the fact that he didn't stop as soon as he found one thing wrong.... he was thorough and conscientious and followed up.  I will definitely call him the next time I have appliance issues.

I had been putting up with this washer for months. Online research indicate it might be a clog or it could be a computer issue, and that failure to drain is a common problem. I had pretty much convinced myself of the computer issue and thought I might have to replace the machine, which is eight or nine years old but only gets used once, sometimes twice a week. Washers have gone up in price and ordering from Sears in the past was a really bad experience, so I was resisting  buying a new one. The washer would not spin and rinse. I would put it on drain repeatedly(after washing), and let the hose run out on the garage floor  and gradually get rid of the water. Once  in awhile it would spin and drain, giving me hope. It had gotten worse and it was hard to get the machine to drain completely no matter what I did. Somehow it had not occurred to me that there were individuals providing appliance repair, but when it did I found Mark through Angie's and life is good again. He gave me a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. He also suggested washing machine cleaner to get rid of scum that can build up in the machine where you can't see it. I went online and  saw Amazon reviews of these products. I did the first wash in hot water with bleach and I think it did remove a slight odor. The moral of this story is, keep your dog, don't stress and don't wait--call Mark and your problem will be gone.(He left a magnetic gizmo with his name and name and number on the machine which will be helpful in the future.) My machine is like new now.

Our clothing washer and dryer, which are each 10 years old, were performing poorly. Mark took parts of each machine apart to both show and explain to me what he was doing and what he was looking for specifically, all the while giving me pointers on how to extend the life of the machines and what symptoms are more serious than others. As first-time home-owners, we had always used pay machines and never dealt with these kinds of issues before. He made recommendations on what could be done, including the anticipated wisdom of each option, and gave us time to decide. He broke out the costs of each repair and contrasted that with the worst case scenario (a computer board failing soon) and best case scenario (possibly 2-5 more years of use). 
His professionalism was exceptional. He was highly conscientious about water spills, lint and debris from the units, any potential tracking of dirt through the house - even more than I was! He was even unfazed by my 2 year old German Shepherd having a fit. I am recommending him to my neighbors and would call on him again.

Instead of getting into a costly repair, he found a simple fix.
