We needed to make a last minute scheduling change(not something I like to do) on when Lalos would do the roofing repair for us and they were able to fit us in the schedule.

Lalo's Custom Roofing is an excellent choice for terracotta tile roof repairs. Lalo repaired the terracotta tile roof on our huge two story Spanish style estate house, including the roof on the roof on the estate guest house. The estate built in 1925 and after nearly 100 years there was extensive water damage done to the wooden sub structures and rain gutters. Lalo and his crew are also excellent carpenters and they replaced and restored any water damaged wood. Lalo knows old houses and he is one of the very few roofers that knows how to repair terracotta tile roofs. We have had an excellent experience with Lalo’s Roofing. Eduardo the owner is very knowledgeable and professional. We have had an ongoing roof leak for many many years that keeps coming back after it has been fixed (not by Lalo’s). We will find out after our next rain if Lalo’s was able to resolve our problem. However, We have great trust in their work and know that if we do have any problems Lalo’s has guaranteed their work. Their pricing was extremely competitive with the other bids we got. Eduardo was great to work with. We received many quotes and not only was he the best price he was also the most informative and overall the best customer service. It was great to deal with him throughout the whole process and not have to work with a middle man setting up the appointment and then a different person assessing and then another person explaining the bid! A new roof is a major project and very expensive so it was great to know exactly what I was paying for. He took the time to explain everything he was going to be doing and why. Eduardo and his crew were always on time and left at a reasonable time as to not disrupt us or our neighbors too early or late. Highly recommend them!

The staff comes to work on time. Very courteous and very considerate. Every day when they left, all their tools and materials are neatly stacked; not all over the place.

Eduardo is very careful, attentive, and responsive about his projects and workmanship. His crew is friendly, courteous, and hardworking. They completely replaced the underlayment and repaired damaged wood on my 40 year old tile 60 square roof in a little over 3 weeks. They pointed out and fixed many problems with my roof and made many improvements like adding bird stop, improving the flashing, outriggers, and adding mortar to the ridge tiles that were reasonable and made common sense and and wouldn't have occurred to me otherwise.
