When I returned from my vacation I learned that my bathroom sinks had been leaking. I called Home Depot Pro Desk for quotes. Within 30 min I had a call from Mousa. We discussed the problem and he asked for photos. He asked for my preferences: similar to my existing or new style. He came to measure. He had to go to a few places to find what I wanted. He installed both on Friday. On Saturday I noticed leaking under the sinks. While they don't work on weekends, Mo came back on Sunday, identified the problem and fixed both. He talked about the 12 month warranty and there was no charge for his second visit. I was extremely impressed with his "and then some" attitude to make sure I was happy with the new sinks. I was. We had a leak in our shower and called Judieh Plumbing to come see what the issue is. Ramon came and within minutes he discovered what the issue was. He explained it in full detail and then immediately fixed the issue. Can't recommend him enough!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Got assigned Judieh through Old Republic home warranty when we called to get help investigating a water leak situation. Mo from Judieh showed up, without leak detection equipment, but claimed that a slow draining kitchen sink line we were experiencing separately was the cause of the leak (too much pressure in the drain line he says) and that a drain out was necessary to install in order to snake the drain, and then that should fix the leak. Unfortunately due to our naivete, we allowed him to proceed and set up another appointment to do the work. He installed the drain out from the kitchen sink to the drain line in about 5 minutes - For this 2nd floor drain out, he charged $850 ($250 covered by our warranty, $600 out of pocket) which we later realized was something that other providers would've charged around $300 total for. Then he attempted to snake the drain and caused a complete stoppage in the line, rendering our kitchen sink completely useless (it was functional before, just backs up occasionally). Mo says this could not be unclogged via snake and the only thing he can do is tear out the part of pipe where he thinks it's clogged and replace it. He tore several holes in the drywall in our garage to inspect the drain line (2 of holes were frankly idiotic). Ultimately, he identified the corner of the drain line he wanted to replace, but said he couldn't proceed until we independently opened up more of the drywall for him to access (e.g. by paying contractors to do this). Later we find out from other service providers that plumbers usually will open up drywall to gain access to pipes as well as patch them back up. Not Judieh though! After digesting his explanations and finding out how much he charged for the small drain out vs others, we lost faith in Mo and Judieh and finally sought a separate plumber outside of warranty who came the next day. In a single visit, new plumber: - successfully unclogged the line that Judieh had created a stoppage in with a snake - informed us that the drain out Judieh installed was NOT actually necessary. He just disconnected the pipe and proceeded to snake from that opening. - confirmed that the clog was NOT in the 90 degree elbow location that Judieh insisted it was in so replacing that elbow would not have resolved the clog. - indicated that our leak wasn't even in the pipes at all!! (we later confirmed that the water leakage was due to the dishwasher) So if you would like to save yourself weeks of time, $$$, and stress - do not reach out to or accept your warranty assigning you to Judieh plumbing. You will at best be serviced by incompetence (especially from Mo) and at worst be scammed. For what it's worth, new plumber we sought was from United Plumbing - highly recommend.
