If I could give zero stars, I would. This plumber is the single most dishonest, lying . We are renting back our home and there is a home warranty. The water heater went out (thermal coupling). The new owner called HW and they assigned Judieh Plumbing. It took two days for them to come out. Removed the thermal coupling, took it out to the truck, brought it back, slapped it in and called it fixed. Left. 10 mins later, water heater goes out again. Plumber comes back, “fixes” it again. Rinse and repeat. Because he could not fix the problem, he decided to lie to the HW and claim there was a leak. HW oks installing the cheapest water heater on the market and also asks owner of the house to approve charges they don’t cover. Owner approves them. Then we get the $$ amount - almost 800 bucks! This plumber wanted to install new gas line, new debris trap, new everything, including a drip pan for $150. Everything that’s there now is about 6 years old or newer and up to code. This plumber tried to tell us that the water heater might not work right because of the drip pan. Then he said we needed all new fittings because the replacement water heater was a different brand. If you have a HW and they assign you this plumber, insist that they either give you another one, or take the cash to do the work yourself.

All three were done improperly, They didn't put sealing tap on shower, bath still leaked, and handle wasn't tightened. This is the worst plumber I've ever used. The receptionist denied ever doing the work and was rude. I hired another plumber and it was fixed, right, the first time, without hassle.

The plumber quickly located the problem and communicated it to us.  Although it was not covered by my home owner's warranty, they have serviced our plumbing problems in the past - replacing a garbage disposal, locating a back-up problem between the garage and kitchen, repairing a bathtub drain problem - all to our satisfaction.
The cost of service ($60/per visit)  was my portion through my home owner's warranty coverage with Fidelity National Home Warranty, which is a great deal.

Roman came right out and fixed it within 10 minutes. Prices are reasonable and Roman is very professional, polite and nice.
