The put in  the new water heater for me and blew my floor away.  Yes, they ruined my kitchen floor. They put in a new kitchen floor and it was fine.  The price was average.  The quality of work was average.  I probably would use them again in the future because they took care of me fine and they are the only ones in the area.  

Dan Hansen, proprietor of HPCR, is our ?go-to? resource for professional home improvement help. He is extremely conscientious in his work, a skilled multi-trade building expert, and a genuine pleasure to work with. This was our second home improvement project with Dan?s company. Our project had a deadline of 40 days from when I first contacted him about the work. Dan was able to arrange his company?s schedule to complete our project, a renovation of the upper half of house, within 35 days of our first conversation with phenomenal results. Because of our tight timeframe, we were slightly constrained on choice. For example, we couldn?t get our first choice rail system delivered on our timeframe. Dan took time to understand what we wanted and helped us find alternatives that didn?t feel like compromises. We?re very pleased with the results. We have happily recommended HPCR, and will do so again.

We had estimates from two companies and were impressed with their previous work, but after talking with Dan Hansen of Hansen's Pride Construction & Remodel (HPCR), we felt that HPCR would be the best choice for our project. Photos of HPCR's previous work looked very consistent with what we wanted, we liked Dan's outline of his approach to the work, and his estimate was very reasonable. Dan helped us select the door and hardware (craftsman-style JELD-WEN 42" wide fiberglass door & sidelight system with Baldwin mortised lockset), then kept in touch while the door was fabricated. His follow-up is excellent. Dan arrived to complete the work on schedule. He was very courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the results, and would happily work with Dan Hansen of HPCR on future projects.
