EAST BAYS LOCKSMITHING

My most recent experience, with East Bay Locksmithing, was very bad. On Thursday 11/14/2013, a burglar attempted to break into our house, by breaking the dead bolt lock on the security screen door. The dead bolt door lock held and the burglar was defeated. On the early afternoon of Saturday 11/16/2013, I placed a telephone call to East Bay Locksmithing and asked for them to come out and fix the deadbolt lock. East Bay Locksmithing and I agreed the best date and time would be 1:00 p.m on 11/18/2013. East Bay Locksmithing knew of me and my wife, because they had re-cored and re-keyed all of the house door locks in 2009. I gave them all of the pertinent information, such as; name, address, telephone numbers and the specific problems with our dead bolt door locks. East Bay Locksmithing carefully took down all of the information that I gave, read it all back to me and emphatically stated they would arrive on time. 1:00 p.m. on 11/18/2013 came and went, with no sign of East Bay Locksmithing. Finally I decided to give them a followup telephone call. "Where is the Locksmith?" I asked. A man, with badly slurred speach murmured he did not know (nor had any record of) what I was talking about. After again giving him all of the information, he stated "Someone will be there, by two o'clock." 2:00 p.m. came and went, with no appearance from any East Bay Locksmithing personnel.
