I was very impressed. Nick came out and spent quite a bit of time with us. He really understood our vision and his creativity helped us in getting the side yard design we had always wanted. When it came time for the work, he and his crew were very professional. They did arrive just at sunrise, but since I was up that was not a problem. I have greyhounds, who are escape artists at 40 mph and the crew was very cautious. They always checked in with me and when they had to leave a gate open briefly, the contacted me first so I could keep the hounds inside. The area was neatly cleaned up when they left. Definitely would both hire them and recommend them to others.
