This company is a fraud. They agree to provide a service. Charge the warranty company and do not finish the job. Terrible customer service. Buyers beware.

This is the worst company ever do not use them! They came to my house and said I need to replace all of the wiring to my oven from the the outside panel I have no power. I had another company come out and they said no that was not necessary I just need a part for my oven. They would have cost me thousands of dollars if I didn't have another service tech come out. I paid them $100.00 to come out they said they would send a refund they never did. They are very rude on the phone if they answer at all.

This is the worst company! Don't use them! They do not stand by their work. I asked them to fix a gasket on a dishwasher and they suggested that we replace it with a new one. After installing it, it came loose after 4 months and they said they wouldn't return to fix it unless we paid another service fee. They said that they only guarantee up to 90 days. Obviously they installed it incorrectly in the first place because it should last longer than 4 months. It's very bad customer service and they don't care about their quality of work at all.

They were nice enough getting an appointment set and even calling to move up a couple of days when a spot became available. The tech twice incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a broken compressor, requiring them to order an expensive part that took a while to come in and then ~1/2 day to replace it. The work was covered under warranty, but I understand the repair is about $900. The first time the repair worked for a week, the second time it worked for two weeks. Despite two failures, they arrived a third time to diagnose without diagnostic equipment and couldn't do anything. KitchenAid referred for a second opinion but couldn't find anyone else in the area to service the fridge and had me find someone to repair it. The contractor I found, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and fixed it the same day. In the end I spent most of 2 months without a working fridge, and they charged me a $90 service fee and KitchenAid a couple thousand dollars for the privilege.

My Maytag washing machine was under warranty, and this company has a contract with them. Let me first say, I do not write reviews, no matter how negative the experience is. I am doing so to save people the many frustrations I experienced with this unprofessional company. Do not use them. Ask Maytag to find another company. It took three technicians to try to fix the problem, and it was never fixed. The first technician was gruff and surly, and broke the washing basket while trying to replace, making a loud cracking sound. He also forgot a part on another visit, forcing me to reschedule. It put my washing out of commission for more a week, forcing me to go to a laundrrmat. This guy then ordered the wrong sized basket. Another guy hooked up the hoses wrong, so when I wanted cold water, I got hot water. It was a comedy of errors. The support staff was also unprofessional and refused to compensate me for the cost of going to a laundrymat. I would say this company made 10-12 appointments with me. I thought the problem was fixed, but it resurfaced several months later. I had Maytag contact Lake Appliances in Sacramento, and they were much more professional and competent. In short, do not use this company. Two of their technicians are incompetent.

My microwave needed repair under warranty and the warranty company - Jenn Aire contacted Aries Appliances in Pittsburg, CA. for the repair. The lady -Clorisa, answering the phone at Aires was extremely RUDE to me and hung up the phone on me - 3 times. They were abusive to me and apparently they don't need the business. I called Jenn Aire back and said that I don't want these people in my home and they agreed and re-scheduled the repair with a new company. Jenn Aire rep said she would notify all their personnel to not use Aries for any of their warranty work in the future. That's customer service. I've used Angie's list for years and highly recommend them - pleaseeee remove this awful company from your list: Aries Appliances. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be if something went wrong with the repaid and you can to deal with Clorisa and Maryann to help you ---------

Aries did an excellent job for me. I have to say I was nervous about using their services given the wide range of ratings I found on Yelp and Yellow Pages but my experience could not have been better. I called on Tuesday afternoon and less than 24 hours later a very competent and professional repair person was onsite assessing my situation. I would not hesitate to call on Aries again!

My KitchenAid refrigerator was not cooling. An Aries tech came out and decided what was wrong and after two weeks they replaced a part and it worked for 24 hours and then stopped. They came back and I told them what was wrong with the refrigerator because I had done some research on the computer. They said yes that was exactly the problem and they would order the part. After a week or so I called them to be told that the part was no longer available. I told this to my warranty company and neither one of us could get them to answer the phone!!! I called Contra Costa Repair and they knew immediately on the telephone what was wrong with my refrigerator because it was a common problem with this particular model. They came out took the part out and sent it in to have it rebuilt and in two weeks the refrigerator was working. This whole ordeal with Aries took two and a half months!!!

Representative came to do warranty repair on 1 month old gas stove. He inspected the stove and ordered parts. He left the stove unpluggd (said it was unsafe to use electrial unit) and stated that he would return within 1 week to install the replacement parts. We never hear from them again(now beyond 3 weeks). I have called the office 12 times and have never received a return call. I have also reported the problem to Lowes, where we purchased the stove. Their rep has called several times and has not received a return call from Aries.
