I liked that they first came out and accessed the situation based on what I told them, and what they saw. Then they actually had the materials on their truck. So, it wasn't like they had to order that, and it will be in sometimes next week. I like that they had, of course I called and told them what the dryer was and wasn't doing. They kind of had a general idea, and I told them the kind of dryer I had. I like that they had the materials I needed, instead of waiting for them to order them, and then come back out. I thought that they were really good. I really don't have anything to say for them to work on.
