Eric Mettler came by to look at the job before giving a quote... very nice, polite, competent and professional! (wish i could find a and quot;handymanand quot; with these qualities)
He does large hotels, professional offices but he does not turn his nose up at small jobs like mine...nor did he over quote like some other professionals do.
i compared rates...went on Angie's List and Yelp and Eric was the most favorable overall
Absolutely will use his service in the spring to do inside and outside of windows. Highly recommend to my friends.

Eric and his dad did a thorough job of cleaning. Made sure not to track in, left the house and windows looking sparkling. Our screens are old style and difficult to take off and put back, consequently finishing up took longer than they had estimated, but they did not charge extra for that. They are very pleasant people to work with.

Eric arrived promptly at the scheduled time for the free estimate. When he returned to do the work, again he was on time. The work took about 5 hours to compete. Our windows have never looked this good!! As a new customer incentive, he cleaned our solar panels for free. We are so pleased with his work, we are planning on having our windows done several times a year.
We really appreciate the email statement and bill paying option as well. Thanks Mettler Maintenance!!!
