Wayne Ricci arrived on time for the initial visit to determine the course of action to remove the water from under my house. Subsequent visits to setup the dehumidifiers and fans were as described by Wayne and took the amount of time he estimated to dry out the area. After the completion of the service, Wayne came back a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and also helped assess the drainage issues so they could be remedied. Very professional service and Wayne Ricci is knowledgable about his profession and offered really good advise. I could not be happier with Wayne's services.
Description of Work: Removed water from under my house due to drainage issues. Cleaned up all stains and sprayed support beams to prevent mold and mildew.

I did not use his service because of the work distance; however, I was ready to pay more just to have him do the job because his initial promptness to my requests. Based on the initial phone call-- I felt confident in his ability to handle the job.
Description of Work: He provided his contact information, certificate of liability and contractor's number without any hesitation and within 5 min of hanging up from the phone call. He also fielded a few of my phone calls and provided further contacts.

Wayne with PuroClean was very informative and thorough. The work went very well. I called Wayne at the last minute and he was able to mobilize and do the work in a short time period before my wife came home from the hospital.
Description of Work: Provided complete home cleaning service while my spouse was in the hospital in respiratory distress. We just moved into the home and it needed a thorough cleaning from ceiling to floors. Wayne provided a total cleaning of the home and we are very happy with the work.

It went well, house was ready when I brought my spouse home from the hospital. They were contacted on short notice and got on the job right away.
Description of Work: A deep cleaning of the living space in our home. Including removing dirt and dust from carpets before washing them. Washing all beams , Wooden walls, sheetrock, bathroom fixtures and windows.

It went perfectly. He was in daily contact to keep us informed as to progress and was there daily until the proper clearance certification was received. Definitely a very good service giver.
Description of Work: Puroclean did mold remediation. We had major indoor flooding from a broken laundry valve in out vacation home in Sutter Creek, CA.. Following the "drying out" a large amount of mold was discovered that had to be professionally removed to get a certificate from an environmental agency of proper cleaning. The work was done in zip code 95685
