Firstly I had a positive impression of this pro. But the reason for not giving a good rating is because he did not follow up when I called him for an ensuing problem or problems with his work, as he had promised. I called twice and also wrote an email without response. Now I had to hire someone else in order to correct those issues. - M.D.

Hired Drew about a year ago. After fires in Oct 2017, he no longer showed up. Paid him for Oct and Nov, received refund for Nov payment. Unable to contact him to find out why he was no longer maintaining yard and he didn't contact me either.

Drew was very good about communicating with me by email before the project. He dropped by to take a look at the shrubs beforehand; I didn't even have to be here at the time. He quickly provided a very reasonable estimate. The day of the job, he arrived promptly with his workers. They did a really thorough job, and Drew offered to do some additional cleanup (raking leaves). After just a few hours, they'd trimmed, raked, and made everything look terrific. I'll definitely be hiring Drew again.

Drew is very personable. I admire him for working hard to create a business. However after 9 months of using his services I had to let him go. His lack of knowledge, carelessness with equipment, and problems with employees actually caused damage to my property, power equipment and irrigation systems. His rates were far above those of any other service ever used. Sorry
