 + -1 moreMy wife and I went into Pinole dental for a cleaning and we both ended up having one of the worst experiences ever. Staff seemed a bit unorganized and flustered and we felt like they were trying to rush us out of there. We both had to have our x-rays taken twice. When the time came to clean they were not able to polish my teeth, only scrape them due to the polish girl was busy at that time. They told my wife she had 3 cavities, and they were going to fill 2 of them. They didn't think it was necessary to numb her, but while filling two of her cavities they ended up cutting my wife's cheek so she was bleeding. We felt like we were on an assembly line and they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible so they could see their next victim. Total time also took 3 hours. This ordeal happened over a year ago, but we still feel very strongly about our experience and wanted to share it here. To this day, my wife complains about having slight pain whenever she chews using those teeth. Hopefully no one else will have to go through a similar experience.
