This was my worst experience ever with a contractor. This guy is disorganized, wasteful with time, and has poor work habits. He is difficult to communicate with (loud and argumentative) and is completely lacking in professional demeanor. At the front-end he promises to throw in extras, then later complains about doing those extras. From the moment he started the job, he began lobbying for a tip. He left the job unfinished without advising me that he was terminating the contract. Frankly, I was happy to not have to work with him anymore.
