ORCHARD SUPPLY HARDWARE

Pinole's Orchard Supply Hardware is THE place to buy bags of MiracleGro, bark, rocks, etc. Quick service, & the store puts the bags into the customer's vehicle. Inside the store is an aisle with a posted descriptions & samples of each product. The customer takes a tag to the cashier & says how many of that product are wanted. Then the customer drives to the back of the store where an employee comes to the vehicle & loads the merchandise for the customer. Actually, there are 2 drive-thru lanes in the back, one thru a warehouse & another outside the warehouse. Tags are available for other bulky items also such as hardware cloth rolls, bricks, etc. The 9 minutes I timed was for already having a tag for the Miracle-Gro, going from car to store to pay & back to car, driving to back of store where employee loaded bags, & driving to exit of OSH parking lot. Much easier & quicker than other stores, and the customer doesn't have to do the lifting. (Not enough space for description of plants.)
