We had two light fixtures and electrical panel to be repaired. The first day JP Electrical installed our hall light, at that time he discovered our electrical panel had a short. He returned the next day to install a new panel. At that time we made arrangements for  a large light to be installed in the dinning room. JP Electrical did not make any effort to call and say he could not keep his appointment  for many days. We made another appointment with him and again he did not call . My husband took off work each time to meet him. We never heard from him again.  We were referred to someone else outside of  the Angie's List.

Their work is very professional and efficient. Price is not the cheapest, but I got what I paid for... a great job! JP will continue to be my first choice for my electrical needs.

I called them for another job about two months ago, but they never got back to me. They were very good. I didn?t have any problem.

He came on time. checked for power in several outlets and decided to check the breaker to make sure it was. Found the breaker falty and replaced with one he had to go somewere to purchase. They did a great and clean job.

The work was fine. The serviceman went above and beyond what was expected.

They stayed with there estimate, there where no surprises. They came back and did more work, they where quick and they didn't charge anymore then they told us.

I was asked questions to determine the reason for the electrical work,I received a very detailed description of what was to be done and why. The electricians arrived promptly on each of the days that they were scheduled to work. They were very professional.

I told the electrician what I wanted and he advised me on the types of lighting housing available and the types of bulbs to buy. He was very concerned that the lights and switches be placed properly because this company guarantees their work, so he and I consulted with the cabinet installer to be certain of the proper placement. He decided to wait until the cabinet installation to be certain that the lights were properly positioned. I think that was a wise decision because the wall cabinets were a placed a little differently that was in the plans and not as many lights could be added. There was some ceiling damage but the bill was reduced to cover the repair work to be done. I love the lighting in my kitchen.

Very responsive - called right back; set up an appointment for the day after I called and came a few minutes early.

JP Electric was very professional and responsive. The followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure that the work completed resolve the problem. I think that they were very fair and honest in the work that they conducted. I will be using them in the future if I need electrical work done.

They were very clean and conscience. They were top notch employees and you can trust them. They did estimate the cost of the project before the work started. They also provide services to commercial work as well. I bet they do a great job at that as well. We designed the project together and the outcome was remarkable. I thought the price was reasonable and fair.

I was happy he inspected them told me what the problems were, which was there were to many things plugged in and that by having that I created shortages in the wires

The contractor came in and covered every thing and explained to me what stages were going to be first and how they were going to do the stages. I was very happy with their work.
